This project’s aim is to examine how people live in a big city. Athens, its architecture of the city as whole elements that lead people and city itself to act specific and unique ways. The exhibition features about 40 pieces from the project in big scale.
“There are at least one million illegal immigrants in Athens” somebody told me. Indeed, it looked like a massive slum. Dried and poor, and vigorous and vulgar. Excessive traffic and dust. As all of poor areas looking posh or such seem ridiculous and funny at the same time, this city was not an exception. This city was like a plain plant that has grown too much and already gone out of control, but no spell of rotting.”
