WerkStadt e.V. is an international non-profit arts organization in Berlin - Neukoelln that offers work spaces with a photo dark room, woodshop, sewing studio and a couple of other rooms for assembly and painting. Additionally we have an event room and bar for music, performance, meetings, and small exhibitions.
We are currently seeking new active members to fill up some quiet spots in our studios, preferably people interested in working closely with other artists and organizers to develop the scope and reach of collective projects. Die Emser Straße feiert
Am Samstag, 4. Juli, ab 14 Uhr tobt wieder das Leben in der Emser Straße. Zum 4. Mal präsentieren sich Projekte und Initiativen aus dem Kiez mit Ständen, während alte Bekannte wie z.B. Sänger Helmi, die Trommelgruppe der Peter-Petersen-Schule, das Blasorchester der Albrecht-Dürer-Oberschule, die Bollywoodtänzerin Aylin und der Neukölln-Rocker Kalle Kalkowski das Bühnenprogramm gestalten.
